The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed with the following prayers :- “(I) Issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned Show Cause Notice for Cancellation of Registration bearing Reference No. ZA050523006708P dated 08/05/2023 issued by the Respondent No-1; (II) Issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned Order for Cancellation of Registration bearing Reference No. ZA050924001751T dated 03/09/2024 issued by the Respondent No-1; (III) Issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent 2025:UHC:921 2 to revive the GST registration 05AACCU8805A1ZP of the Petitioner; (IV) Issue any other writ, order or direction and/or allow any other consequential relief as expedient in law, on the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. Heard Mr. Pankaj Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Mohit Maulekhi, learned Brief Holder for the respondent. 3. Mr. Pankaj Tiwari, Advocate, has requested to permit the petitioner to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition with better particulars. 4. The said request has not been opposed by the respondent. 5.
