Pursuant to the last order an information has been given to this Court by Officer-in-Charge, Barhait Police Station vide Letter No.DR- 93/25 dated 18.01.2025 to the effect that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined in this case. 4. Let the aforesaid document be kept on record. 5. Since all the prosecution witnesses have been examined in this case, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Barhait P.S. Case No.51 of 2021, corresponding to S.T. Case No.115 of 2022, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Sahebganj stands rejected. 6.
