SRI ANANDA SEN, J. ------ For the Petitioner(s) : Mr. Rupesh Kumar and Ishan Kumar Jha, Advocate. For the State Ms. Bandana Sinha, APP …..... 02/12.09.2025 This is an application filed by the petitioner praying for grant of anticipatory bail in terms of Sections 482 and 484 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, as the petitioner has been allegedly implicated in a criminal case registered under Section(s) 47(a), 47(b), 47(d), 47(e), 52(d) and 55 of the Excise Act in connection with Complaint Case No. 11509 of 2025, pending in the Court of learned ACJM, Ranchi. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner(s) and learned APP for the State at length and gone through the documents, annexed along with this application. This is the second application praying therein to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner on the same cause of action. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 10.06.2025 passed in ABA No. 3145 of
2025. Counsel for the State submits that the petitioner is evading his arrest, as even after issuance of notice under Section 35(3) of the BNSS, he has not appeared. Considering the aforesaid submission, I am not inclined to allow this application. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail to the petitioner, named above, is rejected. Anu/-C.P.-3
