Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. 2. It is the case of the petitioners that their initial proposal dated 21.12.2023 was dealt with by Respondent No. 2- Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Ahilyanagar by pointing out certain deficiencies in the proposal as per communication dated 09.10.2024. 3. It is the case of the petitioners that Respondent No.3- Management resubmitted the proposal on 13.01.2025 after curing the deficiencies. 4. Till date, Respondent No.2 Education Officer has not taken decision on the resubmitted proposal and in that context, limited 2025:BHC-AUG:22778-DB 947wp10000-25 direction is sought for the said proposal to be decided within stipulated period of time. 5. Since, in the facts of the case, as projected on behalf of the petitioners, Respondent No.3- Management cannot be said to be a contesting respondent, issuance of notice to the said respondent is dispensed with. Learned AGP appears on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2. 6. In view of the facts noted herein above, writ petition is disposed of by directing Respondent No.2 Education Officer to decide the re- submitted proposal dated 13.01.2025 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six weeks from today.
