Also heard Mr. R. J. Baruah, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. 2. This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 paying for releasing on bail of the petitioners, namely; 1) Sri Hakim Ali, 2) Smti. Chobiran Khatun @ Sabiran Nessa and 3) Smti. Fatema Khatun in connection with Gingia P.S. Case No.119/2025 under Section 103(2) of BNS corresponding to G.R. No.501/2025. 3. The allegations as per the FIR is that on 03.10.2025, the informant received news of the sudden death of his sister i.e. the deceased and on going to her house he came to know that there was a long standing family dispute and during one such dispute, the deceased was assaulted on the head and killed and later on her body was hanged to make it appear as a case of suicide. 4. The case diary as call for has been received including PM report, which indicates that the present is a case of suicidal hanging. In the meantime, the petitioner has spent 40 days behind the bars. 5. Having regard to the above, the prayer for bail is allowed. 6. Accordingly, it is provided that the accused petitioners, named above, shall be released on bail of Rs. 50,000/- each with one surety each of like amount, subject to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, (First Class), Biswanath Chariali. 7. It is further provided that the petitioners shall co-operate with the investigation and shall not try to influence or intimidate the witnesses in any manner. Page No.# 3/3 8.
