Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent No.5, at the behest of respondent No.6, is interfering in civil disputes between the petitioner and respondent No.6. It is submitted that the sale deed of the year 1933 is under dispute and in that regard, the 6th respondent had filed W.P.No.4647 of 2017 seeking cancellation of General Power of Attorney pertaining to the year 2015. The said Writ Petition was subsequently withdrawn with a liberty to approach the Civil Court. Instead of approaching the Civil Court, the 6th respondent has filed a criminal complaint against the petitioner, police have filed charge sheet and the same was numbered as C.C.No.1025 of 2023. Thereafter, the 6th respondent filed W.P.No.2654 of 2024 seeking cancellation of G.P.A. suppressing the filing of earlier writ petition and withdrawing the same. Pending all this, the 5th respondent is now interested in settling the dispute by assuming the role of Civil Court. 3. Considering the submissions, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition at the admission stage by directing respondent No.5 not to 4 interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and respondent No.6 without following the due process of law. 4. With these observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ___________________ JUSTICE HARINATH.N Dt: 11.07.2025 sj 5 110 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE HARINATH.N WRIT PETITION NO: 17353 of 2025 Dt: 11.07.2025 sj
