Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs: “10.1 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass an appropriate order or issue ;writ and direct the respondent authorities to decide the representation (Annexure P3) of the petitioner within stipulated time, in the interest of justice. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner, while promoting from the post of Assistant Teacher (LB), to the post of Head Master, Primary School vide order dated 01.05.2025, has been transferred from the Middle School, Nevasa, Block-Pali, District-Korba to the Government Boys Middle School, Utarda, Block-Pali, District-Korba. He would further submit that petitioner has made representation on 13.05.2025 for change of her place of posting but he same has not been considered till date by respondent-5. Therefore, respondent-5 may be directed to decide the pending representation of the petitioner expeditiously, in accordance with law. 3. Learned counsel for the State would submit that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. Taking into consideration the limited prayer submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent-5 to decide the pending representation of the petitioner which has been filed on 13.05.2025 within an outer limit of sixty days from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law on its own merits. 5. Petitioner is directed to produce copy of this order to respondent-5 within a week from today. 6. With the aforesaid observation, present writ petition stands disposed of.
