JUSTICE PRANJAL DAS ORDER 25.11.2025 1. Heard Mr. B. M. Deka, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. K. Baishya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 2. This petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed by the petitioner, namely, Muksidul Hoque @ Islam, apprehending arrest in connection with Lahorighat P.S. Case No. 214/2025 registered u/s 305(a)/317(2)/3(5) of BNS, 2023 read with Section 13(1) of Page No.# 2/2 Assam Cattle Preservation Act, 2021, R/W Section 11 of the Prevention of cruelty to Animals Act, 1960. 3. The Case diary, as called for, is placed before the Court. 4. It may be mentioned that by order, dated 07.11.2025, this Court granted the privilege of interim pre-arrest bail to the petitioner subject to conditions. 5. Mr. K. Baishya, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, submits that the case diary shows that the petitioner appeared before the investigating officer and got his statement recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C. in terms of the interim pre-arrest bail granted earlier. This Court does not deem it necessary to cancel the interim bail. 6. Accordingly, the interim pre-arrest bail granted vide order, dated 07.11.2025 is hereby made absolute, subject to the following conditions- (i) That the petitioner shall render full co-operate to the remaining investigation and appear before the Investigating Officer; (ii) He shall not hamper or tamper with evidence. 7.
