Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation requesting the registration of a case against the unofficial respondent, but no case has been registered. 4. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that a complaint was received from the petitioner, and asked her to submit relevant documents; however, she did not turn up. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner received no information from the police regarding the registration of the case, and came to know through an RTI reply that the case does not fall within the jurisdiction of the concerned police station. 3 6. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is liberty to approach the police by furnishing relevant documents and pursue her case. No costs.
