Arb.Appln.No.317 of 2025 ABDUL QUDDHOSE,J. vsi O R D E R As directed by this Court, the Advocate Commissioner has filed a report. As seen from the same, the Advocate Commissioner has repossessed the vehicle from the respondent and handed over custody of the same to the applicant. The respondents have also been duly served with the notice in this application. Their names are also printed in the cause list today. Despite service of notice, they have chosen not to enter appearance. Hence, the respondents are set exparte by this Court.
2. Since the vehicle has already been repossessed and since the respondents have been set exparte by this Court, nothing survives for further adjudication in this application. Hence, this Application is closed.
