This application under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita Page No.# 2/2 (BNSS), 2023 filed by the petitioner, namely Rabin Barman, apprehending arrest in connection with Kajalgaon P.S. Case No. 136/2025 registered under Sections 318(4)/336(3) of BNS, 2023. 3. The learned Addl. Public Prosecutor has submitted that the charge sheet being C.S. No. 151/2025, dated 13.10.2025 has already been submitted by the police. 4. As agreed to by the learned counsel for petitioner, this application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the trial court within a period of 15 (fifteen) days from today whereupon in the event of filling any application, the same shall be considered in accordance with law. 5. Till then, in the interim, in the event of arrest of the petitioner in connection with this case, the petitioner shall be released on bail of Rs. 20,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting authority. 6.
