J. Baruah, learned Addl. P.P for the State. 2. This is an application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, have been filed by the petitioners, namely, Safikul Islam @ Safikul Ali, seeking pre-arrest bail in Page No.# 2/2 connection with Tamulpur P.S Case No.268/2025 under Section 64(1) of the BNS, 2023. 3. The allegations as reflected in the FIR is that the petitioner entered into the house of the informant lady and a beside her bed and touched her body and when she shouted, he put something in her nose because of which she become unconscious. Upon recovery of senses she found her hands and feet tied up without any clothes on her body and came to know about the accused petitioner committed rape upon her and also took photographs and video of her body and threatened to make those viral. 4. On perusal of the case diary learned Addl. P.P. submits that the victim has squarely implicated the petitioner and besides that there is other material also available in the case diary implicating the petitioner. 5.
