PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: 2 ORDER:- The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the learned Family Court-cum-VIII Additional District Judge, Ongole, Prakasam District, in I.A.No.983 of 2024 in F.C.O.P.No.94 of 2021. The learned Family Court has issued an arrest warrant against the petitioner for non-payment of the maintenance amount granted to the 2nd respondent. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that as on date, the petitioner is due of an amount of Rs.5,00,000 payable to his wife and Rs.2,50,000/- payable to his minor son. It is submitted that the petitioner willing to pay the maintenance amount as directed by the Court, subject to payment in two installments. 3. There shall be a stay on the operation of the order dated 25.02.2025, subject to the petitioner depositing 50% of the maintenance amount, as directed by the Family Court-cum-VIII Additional District Judge, Ongole, Prakasam District in F.C.O.P No.94 of 2021. The said 50% amount shall be paid on or before 24.07.2025 and the balance shall be paid by 28.08.2025. 4. Needless to mention that in the event of failure by the petitioner to comply with any of the above directions, the order stands vacated. It is also made clear that the petitioner shall continue to pay maintenance regularly. 3 5. In these observations, the Criminal Petition is disposed off.
