:: ORDER:: Heard K. Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioners; Sri Divya Teja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents 1 to 5, Sri Ajay, learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent No.6 and Sri Surya Teja, learned counsel for respondents 7 and 8. The grievance of the petitioners is that they made an F-line application vide NO.FSNV012500779168 dated 02.07.2025 by paying the necessary fee to respondent No.3, to conduct a fresh survey and demarcate the boundaries in respect of land of an extent of Ac. 15-92 cents in survey No. 132, D. Cherlopalli village, Bathalapalle Mandal, Ananthapur District (Sri Satya Sai District).
However, the survey has not been conducted. Hence, the writ petition. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that earlier, on an application made by respondents 7 and 8, a survey was conducted, in respect of their land of an extent of Ac.26-51 cents in survey No. 130, which is adjacent to the petitioners’ land, without issuing notice to the petitioners. The officials failed to furnish a copy of the survey report. Thereafter, the petitioners made F-line application for conducting a fresh survey.

Learned counsel for respondents 7 and 8 would submit that survey was conducted in respect of land of an extent of Ac.26-51 cents in survey No.130 and the petitioners being adjacent owners attended the survey. However, did not sign survey report.

5. This court, at this juncture is not going into the allegations and counter ^ allegations. The grievance of the petitioners is that respondents 3 and 4 are not conducting survey pursuant to F-line application dated 02.07.2025 (Ex.PI) made by the petitioner.
6. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the authorities will conduct survey and fix the boundaries within six weeks.
7. Given the above facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is
disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of learned counsel on survey in respect survey No. 132, D. Cherlopalli village, Bathalapalle Mandal, Ananthapur District (Sri Satya Sai District), duly issuing notice to the petitioners as well as all boundary owners. Respondents 4 and 5 shall consider the objections of the petitioners or other boundary owners while conducting survey and demarcating the boundaries. No either side directing learned respondents 4 and 5 to conduct of land of an extent of Ac. 15-92 cents in costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
