The petitioners and de-facto complainant are physically 3. present and their identity is verified. 4. Heard. Perused I.A.Nos.1 & 2 of 2025. As the parties have entered into a compromise and 5. compounded the offences, continuation of the impugned proceedings is nothing but abuse of process of Court. Accordingly, the proceedings in C.C.No.2395 of 2022 on the file of learned Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Tiruvuru are hereby quashed. 6. Accordingly, IA Nos.1 and 2 of 2025 are allowed.
