The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Nagri P.S. On 09.06.2025, at about 11:00a.m., 3-4 persons assaulted Police Constable Rohit Kumar Ganjhu, due to which, he sustained injury. It appears that there is specific allegation of assault against the petitioner. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
