The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sector- 12 P.S. Case No. 33/2024, for the offence registered under Section 379 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Ms. L.S. Tigga, learned A.C.J.M., Bokaro. 3. On 26.03.2024 at about 8:30 P.M., the motorcycle of the informant parked outside his house was stolen by unknown persons. It appears that during the course of investigation, the stolen motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody for about ten months. It was further submitted that the charge-sheet has been submitted in this case and the offence alleged is triable by the Court of Judicial Magistrate. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. L.S.
