By way of filing the instant petition, the petitioner has alleged intentional and willful disobedience of the undertaking dated 09.01.2012 (Annexure P-2), given before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jhajjar, in joint petition filed under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 in HMA-7-2011. 2. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the paper book. 3. The petitioner has a remedy under Section 18 of the Family Court Act, 1984, for execution of the decree and orders passed by the Family Courts. 4. It is further observed that since the order pertains to the custody of a school-going minor child, this Court is of the considered opinion that the atmosphere and set-up in the Family Court will be more conducive to the child.
