Krishna learned counsel appearing for respondent BDA fairly submits that, if the petitioner makes an application seeking issuance of certified copies of the documents, the same would be furnished on payment of requisite cost. 3. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file an application seeking issuance of certified copies of the documents sought in the present petition. If such an application is made by the petitioner, the respondent BDA shall issue certified copies of the documents on payment of requisite cost, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such application.
