Mr. Sanket Sankhyan, Advocate, for respondents No.1, 3 and 4. OMP No.1241 of 2025 Applicant-appellant-NHAI has filed the instant application seeking deletion the name of respondent No.2, namely Geeta Devi, from the array of parties, in view of the fact that she had died on 05.02.2023, as per the death certificate [Annexure A- 1/T]. It is further averred in the application that legal heirs of Geeta Devi i.e his son Sukh Ram is already on record. 2. In order to assert this fact that Sukh Ram is the sole legal heir of deceased respondent No.2 [Geeta Devi], the appellant has placed on record the Legal Heir’s Certificate as Annexure A-2/T with the instant application. 3. Upon listing of this application, since the legal heir [Sukh Ram] of deceased respondent No.2 [Geeta Devi] is already on record and the application is supported by an affidavit, the instant application is allowed and the name of Geeta Devi is ordered to be deleted from the array of respondents in the instant proceedings. 4.
