Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that they have disbursed the terminal benefits due to the petitioner on 19.03.2025. To that effect they have produced the remittance challan of the bank. 3. In view of the above, this Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
