Also heard Mr. B. Sarma, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that a Co-ordinate Bench of this court had granted interim bail to the petitioners by order dated 19.09.2025 and, thereafter, the committal court committed the PRC Case No. 3186/2025. 3. He further submits that accordingly, a Sessions Case No. 209/2025 was registered and on 29.10.2025, all the petitioners have appeared before the trial court and they were allowed to remain on previous bail by the said court. 4. As it appears that the petitioners have complied with the conditions imposed while granting interim bail to them by this court on 19.09.2025 and as they have appeared before the trial court in Sessions Case No. 209/2025 and co-operated in the trial, the interim bail granted to them by this court on 19.09.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the condition that they shall continue to Page No.# 3/3 co-operate in the trial. 5.
