The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 577/2024 arising out of Chirkunda (Galfarbadi) P.S. Case No. 136 of 2024 for the offence registered under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-XI, Dhanbad. 3. On 23.05.2024, body of an unknown woman in injured condition was found near Galfarbari Basti. Later on, the injured succumbed to her injuries. 4. Learned A.P.P after going through the case diary, submitted that the mobile phone of the deceased was recovered on the confession of this petitioner. 5.
