1. Heard Mr. H. A. Laskar, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. K. K. Das, learned Additional Public prosecutor for the State.
2. This interlocutory application has been filed by the petitioner in
Page No.# 2/2 connection with Criminal Petition No. 1375/2024 praying for rectification of clerical mistake which has been crept in the order dated 15.09.2025 passed in Criminal Petition No. 1375/2024.
3. The learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that in paragraph No. 3 of the order dated 15.09.2025 passed in Criminal Petition No. 1375/2024, the Criminal Petition No. 156/2025 is wrongly mentioned, it ought to have been Criminal Petition No. 156/2024. Whereas, in paragraph No. 5 of the said order, Dispur P.S. Case No. 1158/2024 has been wrongly mentioned, it ought to have been Dispur P.S. Case No. 1158/2023.
4. I have heard the learned counsel for the parties.
5. On perusal of the records, it appears that the mistake pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner is inadvertent typographical mistake which is required to be corrected. Accordingly same is corrected.
6. The Criminal Petition No. 156/2025 mentioned in Paragraph No. 3 of
order dated 15.09.2025 in Criminal Petition No. 1375/2024 shall be read as
“Criminal Petition No. 156/2024”. Similarly, the Dispur P.S. Case No. 1158/2024 mentioned in paragraph No. 5 of the aforesaid order shall be read as “Dispur P.S. Case No. 1158/2023”.
7. This interlocutory application is accordingly disposed of.
