This Court, vide its Judgment dated 12.08.2025, while dismissing the Writ Petition filed by the petitioner herein, had directed the petitioner to release the balance payment of medical expenses of the respondent along with interest at the rate of 8% per annum, within a period of eight weeks from the date of the judgment. 3. The interest is to be payable from the date when the claim was made by the respondent till the date of its actual payment. This is a digitally signed order.
