We have carefully considered the Public Interest Litigation (for short, "PIL") preferred by the petitioner, he has raised an issue with regard to the land situated in Village Achrol having Khasra No.3132 which is mentioned to be a Forest Land and is being shown in Revenue Records as Forest Land belonging to the Forest Department. 2. We have also noticed that the concerned land is in possession of the Forest Department, however, it appears that as per Survey Report, names of some individuals have also been shown in the Revenue Record as Khatedars for the same piece of land. However, taking note that there is no possession of such so [2025:RJ-JP:27295-DB] (3 of 3) [CW-10673/2025] called Khatedars and the Forest Department is actively pursuing the matter with the concerned Department for getting the names to be removed, we do not find it, as on today, a case for intervention by this Court in PIL. 3.
