PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: 2 ORDER:- The petitioner is aggrieved by the docket order dated 24.05.2025 in Crime No.129 of 2025 on the file of the Railway Kodur Police Station, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Railway Kodur. 2. The petitioner is the defacto-complainant and the learned Magistrate rejected to remand the accused to judicial custody. The said order is challenged by the petitioner on the ground that the allegation of forgery were made against the accused and that a report from Truth Labs was also filed for substantiating the alleged forgery. 3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. Perused the record. 5. The learned Magistrate has recorded that the alleged forged Will and the document with which the said Will is compared are not filed along with the remand report. The learned Magistrate has considered the issue and prima facie was not satisfied with respect to the accusation of forgery and without expressing any opinion has rejected the remand of accused solely based on the report of Truth Labs. This Court finds no infirmity in the order passed by the learned Magistrate. 3 6. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
