2/08.09.2025 Heard learned counsels for petitioners and for State.
2. Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Narkopi P.S. Case No.38/2024, registered for offence under Sections 140(3), 352, 351(3), 115(2), 79, 324(4), 308(7), 61(2), 196(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/4 of Witch Craft Practices Act, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate-XX, Ranchi.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are having no criminal antecedent, as disclosed in paragraph 7. He submits that there are general and omnibus allegations against the petitioners. He also submits that petitioners have not assaulted anybody and only allegation is made of destroying boring pipe and co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail in ABA Nos.4357 of 2025, No.4316 of 2025 and 4616/2025.

Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegation of destroying boring pipe is there.
4. Considering that there are general and omnibus allegations against the petitioners and there is no injury to any person and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and in the attending facts

and circumstances of case and co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail as aforesaid, I am inclined to extend privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, above-named petitioners are directed to surrender before learned Court within three weeks from today and in event of their arrest or surrender, they will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-XX, Ranchi in connection with Narkopi P.S. Case No.38/2024, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
