The order, dated 02.O7.2025 passed 'ln Crl.MP.No.124 of 2025 in Crime No.119 of 2025 of Tadepalligudem Town Police Station, on the file of the learned xl Additional District & Sessions Judge, Tadepalligudem, West Godavari District, with regard to Para No.10(1), (2) and (3) are modified as under: 1) The petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 2 shall execute a bond for an amount of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) each ivith two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of-the learned XI Additional District & sessions Judge, Tadepalligudem, West Godavari District. 2) The petitioners need not deposit their Original SSC mark list while they submit their solvencies before the learned I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tadepalligudem.
