J. Baruah, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. 2. By this petition under Section 483 BNSS, the accused-petitioner, namely, Sri Naba Kr. Das @ Naba Kanta Das, who was arrested on 13.10.2025 in Page No.# 2/2 connection with Barama PS Case No. 83/2025 corresponding to GR No. 734/2025 under Section 126(2)/109/118(2) of BNSS is seeking bail. 3. It is submitted that charge-sheet has already been submitted pursuant to which charges under section 126(2)/118(2) have already been framed. 4. It is further submitted that the offences are magistrate triable and on perusal of the FIR, it appears that the injury was caused on the hand of the informant and not on any vital part and in the meantime the petitioner have spent 38 days in custody. 5. Having regard to the above, the prayer for bail is allowed. 6. Accordingly, it is provided that the accused petitioner, named above, shall be released on bail of Rs.50,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Baksa, Mushalpur in connection with the aforesaid case. 7.
