This revision petition is directed against the order dated 30.10.2023 whereby interim bail was granted to the respondent on account of knee surgery. The interim bail was extended from time to time. 2. Mr. P. D. Singh, learned DyAG has obtained the information from the trial court that the bail granted to the respondent has been extended till April, 2025. 3. A perusal of the record also depicts that the respondent is 80 years of age and has been granted bail on account of surgical intervention for both of her knees. 4. As the respondent is an old lady of 80 years and she has undergone surgery, this Court is of the considered view that there is no illegality in the order impugned passed by the learned trial court. 12 2 Crl R No. 11/2024 5. In view of this, the instant revision petition is dismissed by directing the trial court to decide the application for grant of interim bail as expeditiously as possible. 6. Disposed of.
