ORDER Petitioner is working as Health Education Instructor at Kurnool. During the general transfers, though petitioner has not completed mandatory compulsory service of five years in station, made a request for transfer by providing three options at Guntur. In the counseling, the petitioner has exercised the aforesaid options, for posting to any place in Guntur. In spite of existing vacancies, her request was not considered.
