The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a direction to the respondent Nos.2 to 5 to consider the representation dated 28.08.2019, 21.06.2022, - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:8989 WP No. 13311 of 2024 28.01.2024, the copies of which are produced at Annexure – H, J, K and L respectively. 2. By these representations, the petitioner is requesting for registration of his name as a khatedar on the premise that land that has been granted to him under Annexure – A. 3. In the light of the fact that the petitioner claim that there is a grant made in his favour, it would be appropriate to direct respondent No.4 to consider the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 4. It is made clear that nothing mentioned in this order shall be construed as an opinion rendered on the merits of the claim of the petitioner and the Tahsildar shall examine whether the petitioner is granted with a land and whether the khata is liable to be registered in his name on that behalf. - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:8989 WP No. 13311 of 2024 5.
