Heard the parties
2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 28 of 2022 arising out of Garhwa P.S. Case No. 443 of 2021, for the offences registered under Sections 304B/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned District and Sessions Judge-I, Garhwa.
3. Bail Application of the petitioner was twice rejected by the Co- ordinate Bench of this Court earlier.
4. Petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased, who was set ablaze in her matrimonial home, due to which, she succumbed to her burn injuries.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the case is fixed for recording of the statement of the accused persons. Accordingly, the learned Trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial.
6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected.
7. The learned Trial Court shall expedite the trial and preferably conclude the same within three months from the next date fixed for recording of the evidence.
