The Settlement Agreement dated 13th August, 2025 (hereinafter the ‘Agreement’), which bears the signatures of all the parties has been placed on record. 3. The parties are present in Court and affirm their signatures on the said Agreement and also the terms of the Agreement. 4. I have gone through the terms of the Settlement and find the same to be lawful. 5. In terms of Clause 5 of the Agreement, the original chain of the title documents of properties falling in the shares of the plaintiffs, has been handed This is a digitally signed order.
