Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that basing on the complaint made by 4th respondent, the subject crime has been registered against the petitioner for the offence punishable under Section 324(4) of BNS. Therefore, the question of interference in the civil dispute does not arise in this matter. 3. Considering the submissions made, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. 4
