The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sukhdeonagar P.S. Case No.429/2023, registered for the offence under Sections 406/420/34 of the IPC, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegations are made that the petitioners have taken Rs.40 Lakhs loan, but have not refunded a single penny and thus they cheated the informant. He further submits that the entire allegation is false and it is only a money transaction and due to alleged non-refund of the loan, this case has been registered. He further submits that two of the co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in A.B.A. No.1168 of 2025. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that there was an agreement which suggest that the petitioners have taken the money but they have not refunded the entire amount. Considering that the allegations are made that the petitioners have taken loan but they have not refunded the same and further considering that two of the co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail in the aforesaid A.B.A. and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender, they will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi in connection with Sukhdeonagar P.S.
