This interlocutory application has been filed on behalf of the respondent No.6 in WA 371/2022 seeking modification/correction in the order dated 15.12.2022 passed in the afore-noted writ appeal. By the afore-noted order, the appellant/Rina Das was saddled with a cost of Rs.5,000/- to be paid to the respondent No.6/the applicant herein within a period of four weeks from the date of order. However, in place of respondent No.6, inadvertently the order indicates that the cost amount has to be deposited to the respondent No.5, who is an official respondent. The order is thus modified to the extent that it be read as a direction Page No.# 3/3 to the appellant to deposit the cost amount of Rs.5,000/- to the respondent No.6/the applicant in this case. We further direct that in case the money has been deposited by the appellant in the treasury, that ought to be released in favour of the respondent No.6/the applicant. The interlocutory application is allowed. The connected writ appeal be listed for final disposal on 20.01.2026. JUDGE CHIEF JUSTICE Comparing Assistant
