Petitioner, who is arraigned as accused No.2 in Crime No.106/2024 registered by Bannur Police Station, Mysuru District, for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 144, 147, 148, 504, 323, 302, 324 and 149 of IPC, is before this Court under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. 3. A perusal of the material on record would go to show that petitioner had earlier approached this Court along with accused Nos.1 and 3 in Crl.P.No.12314/2024 seeking regular bail. The said petition was allowed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 27.01.2025 and accused Nos.1 to 3 in Crime No.106/2024 registered by Bannur Police Station, Mysuru District, were granted regular bail subject to certain conditions. It appears that petitioner's name was wrongly mentioned as 'Narendra' in the cause title of Crl.P.No.12314/2024 and therefore, petitioner had filed an application seeking to rectify the mistake committed and correct the name of the petitioner in the cause title of criminal petition as well as in the order passed in Crl.P.No.12314/2024 and the said application was - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:18046 CRL.P No. 5604 of 2025 dismissed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 07.04.2025 for the reason that even in the cause title of the petition, petitioner's name was wrongly mentioned as 'Narendra'. It is under these circumstances, petitioner is before this Court. 4. Since, petitioner has been already granted regular bail in Crl.P.No.12314/2024 disposed of by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 27.01.2025, the question of entertaining a second bail application does not arise. Accused No.1 - Raju, is the father of the petitioner. Petitioner is arraigned as accused No.2 in Crime No.106/2024 registered by Bannur Police Station, Mysuru District. 5. A perusal of the order passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Crl.P.No.12314/2024 would reveal that petitioners in the said petition are accused Nos.1 to 3 in Crime No.106/2024 and all the three accused namely accused Nos.1 to 3 in Crime No.106/2024 registered by Bannur Police Station, Mysuru District, have been granted regular bail by this Court. Therefore, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned Court to accept the personal bond and surety from - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:18046 CRL.P No. 5604 of 2025 the petitioner herein, who is arraigned as accused No.2 in Crime No.106/2024 registered by Bannur Police Station, Mysuru District as directed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Crl.P.No.12314/2024 disposed of on 27.01.2025.
