Heard Mr.Mahadeva R.K., learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Devaraj C.H., learned counsel for the respondents. 3. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that he is the owner of the lorry bearing registration No.KA70-4867, which was seized in FOC No.12/2024-25 as per Annexure-B and the petitioner has - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:18209 WP No. 11491 of 2025 submitted an application requesting respondent No.2 to consider release of the vehicle. 4. Learned Additional Government Advocate for respondents has no objection to allow the writ petition directing respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 11.04.2025.
