W.P.No.17369 of 2025 Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to grant an order, direction or writ, more so in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondent No.4 in trying to mutate the names of the third parties in the revenue records for the lands in Sy.No.27 to an extent of Ac.3.50 cents located in Jeelugulapadu Village, Ananthagiri Mandal, Alluri Sitharama Raju District, which are in Petitioners long-standing possession and enjoyment, as illegal, arbitrary, high handed and violative of fundamental rights guaranteed to the Petitioners under Articles 14, 19, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently, direct the Respondents to restrain the respondents from mutating the names of any third parties in respect of the said lands without following due process of law and without considering the Petitioners representation dated 09.06.2025and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased Pleased to direct the Respondents to consider the representation of the Petitioners dated 04.06.2025, forthwith to restrain the respondents from mutating the names of any third parties in respect of the said lands without due process of law, pending disposal of the above writ petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner(S):

Heard Ms Shaik Shahedaz, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Divya Teja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 5. 2.
The grievance of the petitioners is that respondent No.4 is trying to mutate the names of third parties in the revenue records in respect of land of an extent of Ac.3-50 cents in survey No.27, of Jeelugulapadu village,

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners’ father has purchased the subject land from Vemala Kurmanna on oral agreement, and the petitioners have been in possession and enjoyment of the same for a long time. Learned counsel would further submit that in a re-survey conducted by the authorities, it was found that the petitioners are in physical possession of the subject property. However, the name of Vemala Kurmanna is shown in 1B Adangal and other revenue records. The petitioners, on coming to know about the change of the entry, made a representation dated
04.06.2025. However, the same has not been considered so far.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that respondent No.4 is not taking steps to change the entries in respect of Ac.3-50 cents of land in survey No.27, of Jeelugulapadu village, Ananthagiri Mandal, Alluri Sitharama Raju District.

6. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is
disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of learned counsel on either side, directing respondent No.4 to follow the due process of law regarding change of entries in respect of Ac.3-50 cents of land in survey No.27, of Jeelugulapadu village, Ananthagiri Mandal, Alluri Sitharama Raju District. No costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
