The Court: The issue arising for consideration in the appeal(s) is arising out of the writ petitioners’ claim for Monthly Monetary Cash Compensation (MMCC), under the extant National Coal Wage Agreement(NCWA). 2. The learned Advocates representing the parties have expressed an agreement reached between the writ petitioners and the respondent company that the MMCC will be paid to the writ petitioners from the date of demise of the employee concerned but without any interest on the arrears. 2 3. In view of such agreement being recorded in the present order, the appeals have become infructuous and are disposed of in the above terms. 4. The writ petitioners would be obliged to cooperate and submit the requisite documents and complete the formalities. 5. In view of the matters being disposed on agreement, subject to cooperation from the writ petitioners’ side, we expect that the entire process including the actual payment to be completed within eight weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order before the concerned authority.
