For the Petitioners: Mr. Kamdeo Pandey, Advocate
For the O.P-State: Mr. Satish Prasad, A.P.P. --- 07 / 25.02.2025 Petitioners have filed this application for quashing of the entire criminal proceedings arising out of C.P. Case No. 1082 of 2017, pending in the court of Smt. Kashika M. Prasad, learned Judicial Magistrate, Giridih.
2. Report regarding the stage of the trial earlier called for, has been received. It appears that the case is at the stage of evidence after charge. It further appears that out of three charge sheet witnesses, one witness has already been examined.
3. In view of the fact that the trial of the case has already proceeded, no case for quashing of the entire criminal proceedings is made out. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed. Pending I.A., if any, also stands disposed of.
