2. None represented for the petitioner. The present Writ Petition is filed challenging the opening and continuation of the rowdy sheet against the petitioner. 3. 4. Sri V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that no criminal cases are pending against the petitioner. 5.
Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is allowed and the impugned rowdy sheet/history sheet opened and continued against the petitioner on the file of the Kancharapalem Police Station, Visakhapatnam, is hereby set aside.
