The learned Judge, Principal Family Court-Cum-IV Additional District Judge, Vijayawada has submitted a report stating that the petitioners and the respondent No.1 have arrived at certain terms and conditions for settlement of 2 Dr. YLR, J Crl.R.C.No.2078 of 2009 Dated 27.03.2025 the dispute and the common order was passed in O.P.No.62 of 2008 and M.C.No.59 of 2008 on 06.01.2012 and settlement order in Crl.M.P.No.252 of 2012 in M.C.No.59 of 2008. 3. A perusal of the above settlement orders it is clears that the dispute between the petitioners and the respondent No.1 is settled before the learned Judge, Family Court, Vijayawada. Therefore, nothing remains in this Criminal Revision Case for adjudication. Hence, the revision case can be disposed of as compromised. 4. For the above reasons, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of as compromised. There shall be no order as to costs.
