ORDER:
1. The
learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the 6*'" respondent, at the behest of the respondents 7 to 9, is disturbing the peace of the petitioner and also interfering in the civil disputes pending between the parties. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the 6‘^ respondent is not interfering with the peace of the petitioner. Considering the same, this Court is inclined to dispose off the writ petition by directing the 6^'' respondent-not to disturb the peace of the petitioner and not to interfere in the civil disputes pending between the parties without following the due process of law. With these observations, this Writ Petition is disposed off. No costs.
