JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 3 13-05-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 248 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the BNS, 2023. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners and other accused persons are said to have brutally assaulted the deceased causing his death after two days as he has sustained injuries. 4. The petitioners are in custody since 11.01.2025. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Patna High Court CR. MISC.
