The limited prayer made by the petitioner in the instant petition is to direct the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner Annexure P-2 dated 10.8.2025, in accordance with the transfer policy. 3. It is averred that the petitioner has completed his normal tenure in the hard area and has become entitled for being posted in place of his choice, in terms of the transfer 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? -2- policy of the State Government. The petitioner is stated to have submitted a representation to the Director of School Education and a copy of such representation has been placed on record as Annexure P-2. 4. In view of the nature of prayer made in the instant petition, no fruitful purpose shall be served by calling upon the respondents to file the reply. 5. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-2) within a period of three weeks from today, strictly in terms of the transfer policy of the State Government.
