By this application, the applicant has sought for rectification in the Order dated 28.10.2025, in which at paragraph No. 2, provisions of law under which Page No.# 2/2 the case was registered were wrongly mentioned. As such, the said statement made in paragraph No. 2 is rectified to the extent that the P.S Case No. 25/2025 is registered under Sections 111(2)(b)/111(3) /111(4)/112(2) of the BNS and also under Section 21(b)/29 of the NDPS Act, 1985. The said statement stands corrected in paragraph No. 2 of the said Order dated 28.10.2025 in Bail Appln. No. 3168/2025. This order is to be read as a part of the order in Bail Appln. No. 3168/2025.
