PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: 2 ORDER:- The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are facing allegations for the offences under Sections 329(3), 324(4), 351(2) r/w 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 2. It is submitted that the police have issued a notice under Section 35(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. It is apprehended that the police may take coercive steps against the petitioners under the guise of investigation. 3. Considering the submissions, the Criminal Petition is disposed off, directing the Investigating Officer, Medikonduru Police Station, Guntur District to complete the investigation, which is in accordance with the provisions of Section 35(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 4.
